Make sniping more competetive

Hello as a long time player ive seen the aw50f come and take over the sniper class in the game, and any battlegroup room with sniper allowed, becomes pretty boring to play a serious match, because of how easy it is to use the aw50f.
It is good that the accuraccy of the aw50f has been reduced however it is still ridiculously easy to use, and thus, the only sniper rifle you will see in BG is still the aw50f,
this is the time to make other sniper rifles "better" i would also suggest adding shot placement time to the aw50f like with ai aw or the barret, which takes 1-2 seconds of focusing on the target before it will fire an accurate shot..
