Can't start the warrock game: Login screen freeze for 20 sec :-(

I installed warrock this morning on my machine. (win 7)
First start: crash of the game and solution found on the forum: Manual installation of anticheat seems to be OK (I have the button repair when I restart the installation of anticheat)

Now, I have the login screen and enter my login/password on it and clic OK
But when I click OK in the login window, the video in the background is fixed about 20 seconds and then restart but it does not happen.
I tried to change my password on papayaplay.com but it does not change anything, the game does not start. The login window freeze about 20 seconds ... and restart but nothing happenend

A question to be sure of me: The login / password is the same as the one that allows you to connect to your account on papayaplay.com?

I do not know what to do...
