can't join a clan

the clan master does not see my request? it says that i am on a waiting list

    have you tried "leaving the clan" and "reapplying"?

    well... i have tried everthing that has with the client to do. there must be a bug or a folder issue. But i don't know how to fix it

    I think it's a server-side bug then.
    Try sending a ticket to the Papaya Help Desk here: https://support.papayaplay.com/

    They will find a solution. ^^

    Leave the clan, and switch to a different server, then apply again for the clan. In some cases this might help.

    If that did not fix the issue, I suggest you like RevoxWR already mentioned to contact the Papaya Help Desk.
