Support team on break or somthing?

Been 2 days since I put out a support ticket for a lost OGP ID. have not had ANY response. in TWO DAYS.

    I'm still waiting for the status of my steam account. That was submitted in Oct 9. 

    Also waiting for the event reward which somehow everyone else received but me. At this rate I'm probably gonna get that reward in 2018.

    Try waiting at least 20 days for a reply, then you really waited for support

    I've waited 3 weeks now. It seems someone looked at it since the last activity time changed but there was no response when someone looked at it. I don't know what to think. I think the company needs help because I've never played a game without getting a response from a support ticket after a couple days at the most.
