Resolution Problem

Hi everyone,

today i installed warrock on my new pc but im now having problems with the resolution.

Warrock has as default resolution setting 1024x768 and when i tryed to change it to 1920x1080 the top and the bottom parts of the screen have horizontal black lines, the graphic is really bad and the mouse curson is not aligned.

I have a GTX 1050 2gb as GPU

    I'm using a 1920x1080 resolution (and I have a NVIDIA GTS 450), and I see the black parts too:

    That's normal.
    I don't know why you see all shelled.

    Tried with a "CHECK FILES"?

    If it's normal, how can i play full screen? Because never had this black bars problem with different resolution in the past.

    About everything shelled could be a windows 10 compatibility, not sure tho

    Hope someone has more informations about it because didnt find anything on internet.

    Hi @hilaris95,

    what are your monitor's inches?

    Anyway it shouldn't be a problem of Windows 10, I used War Rock on Windows 10 too in 1920x1080 resolution and I got no shalled problems.
    Have you updated all the Graphic Drivers?The last release for your GPU (for Windows 10) is: 388.13WHQL

    Hi,

    My pc is a notebook 1920x1080 16:9 15,6 inches.

    I updated my drives, tryed the check files option, the windows10 compatibility with warrock and few options in the nvidia panel but nothing really fixed it.

    I have been playing this game for years in different pcs never had this problem, do you have any idea why we have those black bars now ?

    @hilaris95,

    when you have War Rock open, go into the Windows settings of the desktop resolution, and check there if it is set to 1920x1080.
    If it's not, put it at 1920x1080, apply and see if something changes.

    Hi!

    I have the exact same problem, only if the mouse was aligned I could play, but even the mouse is off axis with the game.

    Hope someone could give me a explanation about this.

    I solved it!

    Right click on desktop > Display settings > Turn off scale and sign out from your windows account

    It appears to be a scaling problem from windows that conflit with the game
