"Generic Application Error"

Hello. When I try to launch Warrock, it just says, "Generic Application Error". I have tried messing around with Compatibility settings, that didn't help. I am running an AMD Radeon HD 6870 GPU, an AMDFX6350 CPU, and I have 16 GB of DDR3 RAM at 1333 MHz. Please help me, I just want to play Warrock again.

does this problem show when you run the Launcher or when you press Play?
