Hello community. I just want to mention an important topic. 

Turkish GMs are not interested enough with forums and discord. They do not reply to the topics that are opened in the Turkish forum. Please, just click on the Turkish forum after you read my discussion. And then see if there is even 1 GM message or not...Are you deleted kidding us?

    Yes, i had some problems with them too and i have told them these thanks to a ticket.They are kinda disinterested.

    When i sent ticket in Turkish they don't reply..

    but when i sent ticket in English other HGM's replying in 2 or 3 hours...   60% of the community is Turkish, don't you know that?

    Also HGM's are player like us , That Turkish HGM knows everything about me , he is talking about my e-mail adress, my second name.. This is annoying..... Please talk with your Turkish HGM aka BoldPilot andkick him.. 0 Security

    You should have used our zendesk platform to report admins.

    Instead of blaming someone or disclosing something on the forum.

    Hello BadMeetzEvil,

    I reversed your ban on the forums.

    As you are aware we started off with a HGM team of five individuals. Two of which can speak Turkish. We lost two of these members due to personal reasons before we could hire the new HGMs. At this time it was hard for our three HGMs to keep up with everything and if there was a lack in assistance on the forums I do apologize.

    Since the HGM team is now a strong seven, the two that can speak Turkish will have more time to dedicate towards the forums. If there is a specific forum topic that is still unanswered, give it a little bump. Usually we do not recommend this, and please don't go bumping all threads.
