Server-Wide Buff

Since the big race is already won (I mean the ships 20th places race) would be cool extend the server buff to beyond level 40 and rank 9. We must remenber that some skills need to be re-trained to get those special effects, something that will take toons of time to do. And that we will have to train to more than level 60 and every level takes even more experience. even more for adventure perspective. Soo the sugestion is: keep 200% to at least lvl 60 and skills to rank 15 instead of rank 9, all this to the programed time of 29/11.
