About Spookulet Ring Please Help Me!

I cant get spookulet ring first form.I went karin and there is only upgrade tab.I am 190 level but ı cant get this ring's first form what can ı do?

    S2 holloween ring has now changed into the Spookulet. If you already have S2 holloween ring before the you will no longer be able to get a Spookulet. You will either have it equipped or stashed in your inventory somewhere.

    thank you for your answer yes it's my fault ı got hallowen ring :) I want %10 drop rate if ı upgrade my hallowen ring to +6 it will be %10 drop rate?
