Unusual Game activity has been detected. your account ?????

I didnt played for a while i wanted to have a look on the game to maybe join back but when i want to log in it says Unusual game activity has been detected ... and it sends me back to the Login menu..

can anyone help me what it means??

I want my account back.. Spent alot of money and Time on this game..
