Invert Leaning..

Is Invert Leaning classed as bug abuse?

In my eyes, it is a bug, because its not suppose to be part of the gameplay, its not possible in real life so why should it be tolerated in game?

This isn't a QQ thread, its just merely trying to see what the actual answer is on this, They're still pretty easy to kill but I just don't see why it should be tolerated.

I find leaning is a double edged sword. It's a cool and intuitive mechanic, but it also encourages questionable behavior. Personally I feel the game would be better if lean was removed, or they made it similar to the system battlefield uses where if you are on an object that allows you to peek over or around, it gives you the prompt to do so. There are too many visual bugs due to how this game codes maps where you can lean and look through walls and barriers. There's also the aforementioned invert leaning, which is only an bad issue in big head battle, where you can completely hide your head behind walls and objects, which defeats the purpose.

You can completely hide your head behind walls in normal mode too.

I dont know how Papaya handles it, but at Nexon Inward leaning was listet as a bug but they didnt punish you for doing it so technically it is bug abuse.

I don't consider this a bug, it's just something DE has to fix if possible. And personally I really don't care much if people use invert lean, it's a part of the game now I guess.

And of course It's not possible in real life to invert lean, but so are many other things that we have in WarRock.

But I agree on you, it would be nice to hear from an LGM or HGM if it's punishable and considered as a bug for Papaya Play.

Well, It is a BUG, its not part of the game, It never use to be in the game in 2006 so why should it be now?

It shouldnt be removed (called as "bug use")
Why ? Because if it would be handled like a Bug they would need to handle "Hide behind the Edge of a Hill to inviglitch" for snipers too. Every sniper would need to lay ontop of the Hill because if hes behind the Edge, hes inviglitched just like someone Invertleaning.

Sure Invertleaning is anyoing, but every sniper ontop of hills is doing the same with just lay down on the ground behind the edge of a Hill.

Well no because the the laying down on a map is different, are you broken or something?

You can do that in real life... Lay on top of a hill and not be seen. You two are about as broken as the game, Dragonforce has nothing better to do than play on Paint Shop PRO

You also chose the worse in game character to do that with, she is noticeably smaller when prone compared to the other sniper characters, take those same screenshots with the default sniper and compare.

He isnt lay on top of the Hill. He lay BEHIND the Hill. in "RealLife" he would see the Hill infront of him & not above the edge.

It's the game engine, even if you want to classify this as a bug, its how the game engine works, and probably will never be fixed if not really needed/requested.

It's not a bug in the slightest, it's just the way the leaning feature works.
    Ooooops, you're gone! Shocked?
