Are all battle ships available in now or not ?

    No. New ones with 1700+ dura will be out.

    What you buy today are just teasers.

    But i doubt the server would last til 1700 dura shios are out, unless you start to spend $1000 per month. Ofc your family may hate you for supporting this game.

    I thought once EA was open to all nations the cap can be done then it's just deveopments needed? Yes could still be a while to get them but surely won't be long the way things are going at the moment.

    does anyone know how to get a medium 3-decked hull or 2-decked? For me to build a heavy frigate or Corvette?

    you have to make em i think those are made directly in europe but you need SB 10+ or buy from a friendly Sbuilder.

    on the other hand building ships require development on certain ports, i know for sure you can make corvettes but not so sure about Heavy Frigate.

    The hull question might need to be answered by someone like CA.Cadillacshrimping. He literally wrote the book on shipbuilding and is often in game. Try giving him a Tell or ask for him in merchant chat.

    Heavy frigate is not yet available due to development issues in Naples.
