Halloween Event rewiew & rating

Ok, so Halloween Event have passed and i think it would be a good idea to post rewiew of this event and bring as many pros and cons i could and give overall rating.
1) So first pro for this event. Papaya went right direction and boosted drop rate for ingredients unlike NEXON when Halloween costumes where first released in 2015. And for most people back then it was really hard core grinding for over two weeks just to get a single costume.
2) Second pro....Boosted stats for Halloween costume even for those who obtained costume from 2015/2016 Halloween event.
3) 3rd pro for this event .... Papaya even made an option where any 10 ingredients could be exchanged to 1 Monster Heart wich made even easier to get costume. Over all i was able to farm enough ingredients to exchange about 20-25 hearts within an hour (have to mention didn't use AFK chars and did fine with Picante Steamed bass).
4) 4th Pro for Halloween was an tradable option for Monster Hearts. Not only i was farming my own Monster Hearts i had an aditional option to buy extra Monster Hearts from other players. I met quite few players who been playing this game for like 2-3 weeks and some of them sold nearly 400 hearts wich for new player is actually good source to get dills, especially for newcomer there are a lot of items to go for, wich can be
overwhelming because most of those items are time consuming and require hours of farming on maps/dgs
5) 5th pro had aditional option to exchange Monster parts for New seed of dream random box and Blessing Gniare random box.
Now about cons.
1) Bigest con in my opinion was exchange option at that worm where only single avaible option was avaible for any 10 Monster part to 1 Monster heart or 1 Heart to 10 any monster parts. Wish Papaya did implement multiple other exchange option rates, like 50/100 any Monster parts to 5/10 Monster Hearts. That would make so much less time for player to sit at NPC. For me it took at least 1 hour just to exchange costume and since i made 11 costumes i trully wasted at least 11 hours throughout this event.
2) 2nd con wich really depends on individual and goals. Wish we had more rewards to exchange. Personally i was focusing on costumes since i wanted to get on each class and i did so maybe extra reward wasnt main goal. But honestly there should have been an option for 7d random rune box, like any rune that we had would be a potential reward. Or permanent Uniq Halloween Pumin Ghost pet egg, lets say 1000 Monster Hearts.
3) 3rd con.... no decent drop rate events during weekends. Papaya could have made special drop rate event or drop rate Marathon during weekend. For example 1st weekend 6 hours of double drop rate, 2nd weekend triple drop rate, 3rd week four times drop increase and 4th week five time drop increase. And during Halloween Day could have made even more fun, like trick or treat madness where after killing monster aither 1 hit suicide killer monster appears and kill the player or 10x any random Monster Part drop.
4) 4th con.... Well this is first time since 2007 we didn't had themed main city with pumkins and dark shadow effect. For me that's favorite change when it comes, would have been nice of all fields had such theme.
Over all this was the best Halloween Event we have had sofar, since it had nice mix of everything and lot of good decitions done, boosted drop rate, tradable Monster Heart, free choise to exchange ingredients.
During Acclaim pretty much cash shop discout had during halloween event like 40%, can't recall what was during GH, pretty much borefest. With Nexon it was a little bit better but for most part nothing fun. So yea over all i would give 8/10 rating for this event.
