Hey papaya, please look into the current state of the server, so many players are getting crash to desktops, disconnects and with error (2::2) message upon DCing. would be great for a solution posted here or a response so players, myself included, can look and hopefully get to fix this. Thanks
Well as of the maintenance yesterday I was hoping it would fix the 2::2 disconnect problems but it was just as bad if not worse for me today. I even tried disabling my antivirus but that was no help.

I was just about to leave the circle of battle when I got disconnected. I expect some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, especially if I end up losing the battle because of it.
It has been worse since the vanguard update for myself. I get the 2::2 disconnect error about every 15 minutes. Luckily I can usually log back in quickly. Once while I was deck battling in PvP and still defeated my opponent somehow! But this issue is bad for many players and could result in lost battles (items plundered) and lost money. This needs to fixed asap.
I have same problem. Disconnects to desktop after 15 minutes. No problem logging in again, but problem repeats after ca. 15 minutes. Annoying, to put it mildly.
Same here. Since Papaya relaunched UWO, I always had issues with dc'd (infinite), freeze (4 times), and crashed (twice or 3 times). X-Trap is even worse that's because it's easy to hack.
As of around Nov. 30th getting the same error and client crashing when attempt to load 2nd account/client via Desktop System Systernals. Running 2 clients/accounts via always worked fine before this date.
2::2 happens for me maybe once per weekend, never crashes. At OGP it was more often. Most interestingly, disconnects then usually happened for both my characters at the same time (they are on physically separate PCs), which could mean a specific sensitivity to some network issues, like packet loss.
After much work I think I've finally fixed my disconnecting problem and thought I'd share incase it helps someone else. I had to change the wifi band settings on my computer from dual band (2.4ghz & 5/5.4ghz) to use only the 2.4ghz band. I tried using just 5ghz and back to dual band and I'm able to recreate the problem of intermittent conx and dc'ing. Turns out some of the older machines have a hard time with the newer 5ghz band.
Hope that helps anyone who's still struggling with this. I dealt with getting kicked from server every 10min. - 60min. for nearly a month and was def. a game killer.
I am not able to connect my laptop on the server my computer crashes every time (it uses to work with OGP) could someone help or tell me all the tricks or tuneup that where working for u. The problem seems to be asoctd with gameguard. Plz someone help me. Ty

That is a big time difference with CET :D

Do you guys run anti virus software? Netmarble used to run gameguard too, there was very few problem as long as you uninstall your AV software.
These days the latest OS are quite secure and AV are unnecessary for non business household. But if you still run XP, good luck...
I’veTried:
1. Reinstalling UWO
2. Rebooting router
3. Lower Graphic Settings at launch screen
4. Switching to Static IP on PC
5. Switching to Static IP on router
6. Adding rule for UWO to windows firewall
7. Removing UWO from windows firewall
8. Adding exception for UWO and created ports on router & windows firewall
9. Tried different Anti-Virus software: AVG, Avast, Avira, Windows Defender
10. Disabling antivirus
11. No Anti-Virus software
12. Changing Windows internet settings to use Proxy Server
And I have an open ticket since Dec. 4th.
