"You Must Wait 15 Days...."

Tried to purchase Double Up 2 and 3 but get a error message "You must wait 15 days before trying again"

Anybody had this and know why?

    Little Update

    I've tried purchasing other items with WRCash and get the same error on that so its not just those packages ;(

    Went into other server and managed to purchase all my items there, so must be a server sided error :(
