Dear Papaya Play;
    Please publish a list of which items can and can not be taken from a character by another character using the skill Plunder or it's associated Oxford skill(s) on them, as this will be immensely helpful to all players new and veteran. Then again, the pirates will most likely object to others knowing what not to carry with them outside of EU/Medd, so, I guess never mind, foolish of me to ask.

    Yes, It will be great to know what can be plunder and what cannot. I am limiting my purchase until I know that. I want get item like wanderer wear but I am not going to risk it getting plundered, it a very expensive equipment on cash shop list, so if it plunderable, I am not going to buy it. I am not going to buy anything with my real money that can be plundered.

    Question ... what type of merchant would spend cash on a cash shop only to hand it over to pirates as soon as they log on and get plundered?

    Answer:  A not very bright one!

    Cash shop items should never be plunderable.  That would be a poor business decision on papaya's part. Not if they plan on having a healthy cash shop anyways.  Game mechanics already place merchants at a steep disadvantage to pirates.  Thats just the nature of the game.

    Battling is a pirate's specialty.  Its what they do.  Merchants specialize in moving cargo.  They are virtual sitting ducks on the ocean waiting to be plundered. There isn't much, game mechanic wise, that merchants can do to avoid being plundered.  If papaya plans on having merchant's cash shop items plunderable they would be advised to beef up merchant defenses to equalize the field.  Otherwise, they will be losing lots of revenue.
