Can't update the Games because of this error (8:12002)

and after installation, the Game was updating from version 1.002 to 1.003

while it was updating, i am keep getting this error (8:12002)

therefore, i couldn't even start the game for couple of hours.

Any tips and helps would be truly appreciated
