Nov 16 Gameguard issues

When getting an error downloading the latest version, after failing multiple times. Start the download but close the launcher, patch downloaded slowly but completed. Once the game tries to launch it will fail due to Gameguard, it will tell you to check the firewall or restart windows. Close out of it, re-launch the game, go to settings and make sure the Use Proxy Server is unchecked, confirm and try to start the game.
