1. Tell us when are you going to bring back the EXCHANGE ALL option from Karin.

2. Tell us what do you plan about the compensation that all of us deserve because of that BUG whereas players obviously abused it.

Your "Suprise Event" is about to come to an end and yet you guys are still dead quiet. Feels like we are talking to a wall. Your slow and failed response to our concern are one of the reason why the community is dead.

    Wait, what? Why the fk do we deserve compensation if someone abused a bug? Ban to the abusers and we go on as if nothing happened like always.

    Yep ban those madafukers who abused that bug. Seems to me Papaya went soft since bug abusers are getting 7-perm ban while previous companies baned them perm right away. 

    Also i got no fuking idea how people abused this since i got right quantities exchanged all the time.

    @ShadowAlokenLV Based on the info I could gather, it was apparently possible to possibly exchange only 1 or 2 pieces of Anger instead of 3 to get the required whole pieces. You'd have to make sure you had only the 1 or 2 in your inventory though, otherwise it would exchange 3 pieces as normal.

    lol, they wont ban poeple, events, glitch and bugs has been misused so many times before. Why would they all of the sudden ban people? xD

    the point is, they say that they would temporarily and permanently ban those players.....


    then so, if they would only temporarily ban (for just a week or just a month) those who manage to get their Karon Fangs to Lvl2 or max by abusing the bug then it would mean NOTHING...if I were one of those players who abused it...I would just simply wait a week to play again and farm the remaining mitera anger pieces.

    That's so fuck up.

    They should NOT only ban those players but revert back their karon fangs to mitera bright tears and the least they can do as well is give all players compensation...an extension of the suprise event would be nice.

    Before you start playing any game you agree with terms, one of the terms clearly state that if player find in situation that existing content doesn't work properly "bug/glitch". Player has to report to the game staff. There is very little grey area where you can make an excuse that player might not known that was a bug.

    In this case acording to @jrharbort  group of players purposly where exploiting bug and tried to find way to abuse it, wich majority player base had no idea it even did exist. I personally had no idea that there was a bug for exchange rates 2:1 or 1:1 rather than it supposed to be 3:1. So yea such players in any game would be perm banned because tried to profit rather than report to solve issue. 

    But yea i might have to agree with you since most likely [GM] will make 1st time exception and apply 7d ban rather than perm like it should and used to be in past. Reason simple, player base already is at record lowest. In that case [GM] also should delete those items from their inv and let them start from the start.

    No reason to permanently ban players for the mistake developers made. Resetting the fang back to 0 should be done anyway, thus nullifying the gain they got from exploiting the glitch.

    That's what we thought. Banning any players is counter productive to Papaya.
