I can't chat in world chat

Bug Report
I can not chat in world chat, i can chat in company, say, shout, and tell!  just cannot chat in world.  I have restarted the game 5 times and still cannot chat

    They have said in chat windows their is a known problem sometimes people can't chat in world chat and are trying to fix it
