Changing resolution/ Window size?

Is there any way to change the resolution or screen size? I can't click on anything on the lower part of the screen because the window is too tall. So I can't really choose a channel, character, or anything really.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Press the o key and click resolution and there you can change it to many different resolution and by many i mean 3 cus anything higher than 1280 x 800 never crossed their mind
