Can't log in???

Bug Report
For the last week I haven't been able to log into the game.  I contacted support several times, but they haven't responded.

It "Please Wait" after entering in your ID and password.

"Could not log in due to World due to line congestion or server failure"

Any advice?

Papaya obviously doesn't care.
