Captains Tickets

It is VERY frustrating to come back, after having had it all, and have nothing. That said, I still see "bottle" ships all over the place; having had so many great ships, I want one. So I bought $25 in tickets (that's only 12 but it was what I could afford). Out of 12 tickets, I received 8 STUPID tax certs (really if people are spending real money don't put absolute GARBAGE in them). I also got 4 other WORTHLESS things (all of which were discarded.)  I do not see myself investing any more real money as Papaya seems to think its some kind of joke. If you were SMART; you would put stuff that encourages people to want to play and not stuff that makes them say F U 

 In the old days, when you would spend real money, you got SOMETHING. It may not have been the ship you wanted or the toy you were looking for; but it wasn't just shit that you had to throw away.
