Cant start warrock

hello,

i installed warrock today. i updated it and i installed anti cheat. I turned off my antiviurs and still doesnt go when i click start in launcher.

HELP!!

    Go into WarRock folder and find Easy Anti Cheat folder > open Easy Anti Cheat and hit REPAIR.

    Open WarRock and hit “Check Files” try launching WarRock then.

    Just double check that your anti virus hasn’t quarantined any files from WarRock or EAC.

    i did all the things multiple times and it still doesnt work. i put the whole map into exceptions in my antivirus programm. Nothing happens.

    Hi slorulz

    Please try the "check file" button on the launcher. If that doesn't help, try downgrading your client by opening Notepad and run as administrator. 

    Go to the warrockEU folder on your PC and open the file 'version' (with Notepad).
    Please change the numbers there to the following:

    <!--
    [PATCH INFOMATION]
     Format = 0
     Launcher = 1
     Updater = 5
     Client = 6
     Sub = 0
     Option = 0
    [/PATCH INFOMATION]
    //-->

    Save the changes and close the window and try to launch the game again.
    Please make sure that your anti virus program is disabled while updating and launching the game.
    You could also check if there is a possibility to add War Rock to the exceptions in your anti virus program.

    Let me know if that doesn't help.

    btw i have an another question. I didnt played warrock for long time . i was lvl 29 or smth. i didnt migrate cuz i didnt know that and im lvl 1. can i do anything about that?

    Hi. Unfortunately you cannot get your old level back if you didn’t migrate. Sorry to give you the bad news but glad it worked and you are back playing :-)

    Hello @slorulz
    I am sorry to confirm that you cannot migrate your Nexon data any more. The only way to play WarRock again is by making a new Papaya Play ID. Sorry for the inconvenience.
