an eac hash catalogue file could not be found under easyanticheat/certificates/

everything opens up and when I get to the server it tells me that error.
please help me

    Hi, I kept getting errors like this a few weeks ago.


    Go to the warrockEU folder on your PC and open Easy Anti Cheat then hit “repair”.

    When you go to open WarRock Launcher I would also like you to hit “check files” before hitting “play” hopefully if there are anymore missing files this will find them and sort the issue.

    If either of the two above don’t work I suggest you to Uninstall WarRock and to install it again..

    When I received these errors check files and repair on EAC didn’t work for me so I had to do a fresh install of WarRock but the above worked for my friend so I hope they work for you.

    I had this error once and it's fixed now. There are a few things that may work to resolve this issue.

    1. Re-install or Repair EasyAntiCheat by following up this topic: http://forum.papayaplay.com/index.php?p=/discussion/358956/solution-war-rock-won-t-start

    Or

    2.
    Re-install WarRock, make sure you deleted the complete WarRock folder.
    This can be done by doing this: C > Program Files > warrockEU and
    than delete.

    Or

    3. Get into your %appdata% folder
    where temporary files are stored. Search for the EasyAntiCheat folder
    and completely delete that folder. Re-install WarRock again.

    If
    you're WarRock is still not working after the third possible fix, I recommend you to
    send a ticket to Papaya Play's support team, which can be done here: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us

    thanks anyway, in the end I fixed it by formatting with windows 7 since it had windows xp
