step 2 skill box

so i open a step 2 skill box to sell the skill and the skill is binded so now not only do i not get the dil but im stuck with a binded hunter skill on a bagi is there any way to fix this? if i put in a ticket can they at the very least swap it for a bagi step 2 skill?
