My acc was banned. 
I wrote in support of another 16 hours ago, why I still have not answered. Also I wrote to the specified mail, but I did not get an answer, what's going on?

    Please keep in mind that every ticket (also e-mail) is being processed and answered as soon as possible.
    That being said, I would kindly ask you to simply wait for an answer. It will surely be answered soon.
