Need help to update clients. Please check! Thanks!

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble with updating the game right now. Can someone upload Dalbong file for me? Seems like my connection is too crappy to download that file with Latale launcher. My launcher always stops after Dalbong is half-way finished and shows 12002 error. Really hope this is the only one that I need help with. Don't want to bother you guys :c Please help, thanks!
