GVONavi

I cannot get the navi to work?  I even deleted everything and re-installed it all and still not working?  I have it in its own file in the file where the game downloaded.  I do have a 4k monitor, would that be a issue?  I play the game windowed, survey is running and not covered, what am I missing?
