Problem support Warrock

Hi everyone I want to report a problem on the support website.
Watch the video:

I wanted to know if other warrock players have the same problem.
when I have to send a ticket request the site logs out on its own.
The same thing if I go to select the ticket historian, the site log out on its own.

    I just tried it and I do not log out. Maybe they fixed it by now?

    As above this may have been fixed, but I've had a few problems with Papaya's website recently, try deleting all your history and re-install your browser, this worked for me.

    Hello wr5846 ,

    If you are still having the issue and trying it several times does not work, please clean the cache of your browser and try using a different browser. You can also try to reinstall your browser, as v0nndutch mentioned already.
    I hope one of these solutions work for you, please let me know if the issue persists.

    The problem I have with papaya support is that they just aren't helping me.
    EAC keeps banning me from the game, straight after account creation I can play like 2 minutes..
    I tried redownloading warrock, I tried running warrock without any other programs running.

    Its been 2 weeks now, since I have contacted EAC and Papaya about this issue.
    And I have yet to recieve an answer..

    EAC didn't respond at all, and the HGM's are just useless.. 
    So if anyone here could help me out with a solution, I would be gratefull...
    Since I have been unable to play WR for the past 2 weeks and counting..

    All because EAC is in charge of the accounts, and Papaya can't do anything. But EAC won't reply.. 
    I am pissed off, since this shouldn't take this long..

    I contacted EAC 2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything from them.. 
    And all you guys say is contact EAC..

    I already send 20 tickets, but they just don't reply.

    I even reinstalled windows, but I still get banned..

    You call this normal? Wait a month for EAC to maybe respond to the situation?
    I call this bullshit, papaya just has the worse support system I have ever seen.

    Waiting 2 weeks and counting to get a reply from a company papaya let in full charge over accounts?
    Thats just weak.,

    @[HGM]Caronte, you keep telling me to contact EAC, while I already said I first contacted them 2 weeks ago, and they haven't replied yet. Every account I make gets banned right away after account creation, aka there is no way for me to play WR atm. And all you HGM's keep saying is; Contact EAC, we can't do shit. I CONTACTED THEM 2 WEEKS AGO FOR THE FIRST TIME, AND THEY NEVER REPLY TO ME!?. Is it normal for a company to just sit back and wait 2 weeks and counting to reply to someone who can't play the game anymore?

    Papaya doesn't seem bothered at all with the fact a company they hired, is now constantly banning me without any reason what so ever, and they can't seem to answer my tickets..
    I feel like I'm surrounded by mentally challenged people here, that want the game to go extinct.

    Sorry but I am pissed by the fact that the company owning the game is just litterally telling me to fuck off. WORST WR OWNER IN HISTORY. SELL THIS FUCKING GAME ASAP!

    Papaya should be able to over-rule EAC's bans in extreme circumstances... That's a bit of a poor show to be honest.

    Think a GM from Papaya should reply to you, and not a HGM.
