Gold account

I just purchase a gold account, is it normal that it take some time to activate?

    Hi, you mean gold premium or bought an account off somebody?

    Purchasing accounts isn’t something Papaya support and won’t be tolerated.

    If you’re referring to Gold Premium then please check your “outbox/inbox” in game on your inventory.

    If you’re referring to WarRock Cash you purchased on Papayas website it usually activates straight away. If it still hasn’t then I suggest checking that you haven’t been charged for it and if you have then submit a support ticket to the Papaya team and they will be more than happy to assist.

    If you bought Gold Premium, it will be stored in your ''Inbox'' which can be find by clicking on ''Inventory''.

    I mean gold premium, i checked my ingame inbox and i didn't recieve anything.

    They charged me for it and after 1 day i still haven't my golden premium. So i think i submit a ticket for more help. Thankyou anyway.
