IP Blocked

Hello Team, I have been playing this game from different countries for the past few years.Stopped playing it completely shortly after Nexon was managing the game.
I lost 2 of my accounts but transfered my main account luckily.
Few months back i downloaded the game in India and it said i was IP Blocked.
Is this like a region block? I originally played from India and would really like to continue playing the game as i am in India for a few years now.
