What Cities can players build companies in?

I know the main ones, Seville, Lisbon, Amsterdam, London, Marseilles, Venice and Istanbul.... but what other cities can host companies?

    There's also Naples, Tunis, Athens, Alexandria, and Calicut.

    Note that if your starting a company in one of the major starting cities, Istanbul, or Alexandria, you must belong to that respective nation. Example, if you plan to start a company in London, you cant be anything other then English.
