Give us something to spend ducats on, PLEASE!

Suggestions
This was the downfall on OGplanet in my opinion. There's unlimited money and inflation became unchecked.  Please, please, PLEASE give us something to spend ducats on to get them out of circulation and stop people from sitting around selling spices and nanban.  What to give us?  I don't really care...captain tickets, chests, raffles, etc...  ANYTHING!

    You could spend ducats by actually investing lots of ducats in various tiwns/cities like
    Porto (if Portugal, to make San Gabriel ships once development is high enough),
    Bremen (tier-2 skill bookshelves),
    Lubeck (tier-3 skill bookshelves),
    new world territory towns (Pernambuco/Grand Cayman/Cayenne/Caracas/Trujillo/Williamstad, depending on the nation),
    Lima (scholar, quests,...),
    Jakarta (ditto),
    Kakadu (some factory mineral),
    Cape Town (ditto iirc),
    & other towns/cities to get their developments up so that more unique ships, more ship parts, more town-mans' recipes, ...become available to be built.

    Be sure to stock up on Request Investment Books to make such easier.
