Alchemy Job Quest

I don't know how important this is because I've never taken the Alchemist job. So this may help you - or it might be a load of rubbish!

I'm told you need Seals of Salamander in order to finish the job quest.  

I obtained some of these as an NPC drop while doing some land battle in Byblos. It was from the strongest of the five NPCs who hang around the Byblos ruins - the ones you meet as you approach the ruins from the entry point to Byblos. He was level 21 I think.

I killed him about 10 times before they started dropping.

Like I say it may be nothing.
