Enable communication and display more information on Company Entry Requests

When a new application to join a company is received the director/deputies can only see nationality and lvls of the applicant and pm him if he happens to be online. Else there is currently no way of cummunication and the chracter name is the only information visible. So atm we have to accept or reject applicants on base of their name alone.

I guess that all Directors will agree to the following change:

1st display same info as is displayed if applicant is online - just in weaker shade
2nd add a mail option so you can get in touch with the applicant

This would be a great help in handling applications to join.
