    You need to submit a support ticket and let them deal with it, it’s no use posting on the forums.

    If you want to report someone do not hesitate to submit a ticket with some evidence (video proving it).

    In addition, I would like to say that we do ban players from all channels (yes, including BattleGroup). However, a lot of users think that X player is overclocking, but the fact is that FPS goes down in big rooms, and there is no bigger room than the BG ones. If another player has more FPS than you, then he will be more likely to kill you. That does not mean that he is overclocking.
