Coming back to DK

So I'm in the process of coming back to dekaron and the updates are as usual, infoless lol.
I recently farmed a link of hallucination and am wondering if its possible to farm a seal of destruction now.
And if so where do i farm this?

Also, I can't seem to find the exchange for transcendent accessories, it used to be the dude near sinan...

    Even if it is possible it should be possible via craft-system(ctr+r), i'm not sure though am posting with phone. Or might still be near sinan npc, could be even removed at some point and gms just forgot to put it back.

    But if you want my honest opinion it is not worth farming SOD there are better accessories which will take less time and are more rewarding. Like wedding rings from Honeymoon or norak solo dg deux marble rings , dragonic items are nice too: Squama or Lachryme( it is very easy to get lach now just 160 dg spam around 5-10 times and you have it! )
