WTF is going on?

I see +10 items made every 5 minutes, huge number of ingredients for sale, vast amounts of cash circulating, players boasting GM items ... People tell me that number of players got banned, but no official communication from Papayans? Are you all on vacation or sick? Can anyone shed some light?
