Company Crests

I think that it would be awesome if we could have company crests in the game. These crests could be uploaded to support to be implemented into the game. Now there would be a few rules to these crests.

  1. Only the company leader can upload the crest to support.
  2. A company would need a minimum of 600 donations to be able to use the crests.
  3. A company would need at least 30 separate accounts to obtain the crest usage rights,
  4. The company director (leader) would be able to distribute the crests from a NPC in the company house without having to give the crest to each member.
  5. If a member leaves the company, the crest would automatically disappear from the player.
  6. Company crests should be no larger than 100x100 px. 
  7. If a company disbands or renames itself, the crest would automatically disappear and the leader would have to upload a new crest.
  8. There would be no cost for the crests.
  9. Any company which uploads a crest which violates the rules of the game would be automatically disbanded by papaya.

In short, companies which are pirates/trader/adventurers, could design their own private crest for their sails which would distinguish themselves from the other companies in the game. These crests would be twice the size of the normal crests that are already in the game.

    On your points number 3......What do you mean by 30 separate accounts? And what is the 600 donations on your point two?

    #2 - 600 donations or contributions as it is called in the game.
    #3 - Papaya could make it where 30 different people (with different IP addresses) would make the company stand out above the rest. Also this would stop the companies which are filled with alts from obtaining the crests. Hence, it would make the company more active if they want a company crest.

    I have joined (and left) multiple companies because they claim they have about 30 to 40 active members when in reality, they have maybe 10 people who have 3 characters each in the company. By limiting the ability to get the crests, the only companies which would be allowed the crests would be companies that are filled with normal players and not alts.

    See what I like about the company I am co director is the main one is for non alts then if people want to we made a second company for alts and active players so as not to take up spaces in SOH. It worked before on Gama so we did the same thing on Maris
