    I have seen 100% upgrade talis on Korean server and it was a rare cash shop deal from random box wich players could obtain for very limited time, if im right it was like 3 days or so and second time from PVP event where 1st place winner got 1 tali of each including this 100%. 

    But this is bulsh1t, clearly our beloved papaya trash have offered this to top tier premium users  and wouldn't be surprizing that our [GM]s know this since most likely they directly they cordinate this. As soon i get home will forward and send copy  of whole forum chat and videos to Korean DEV, i would like to see what's their opinion about this.

    Well Since Papaya Feels as though some of us are not qualified to have access to the Real D-Shop I see Absolutely NO Reason Too Spend Any Money on this game any longer !!!!  As I have said in the past       " This Company's Business Model's Are Really Bad " .  They just lost another customer for sure.

    All I can say is make this gm shop available to all with a new pricing and tradable items. Refund all the money "DKCash" that has been invested the moment this things start happening.
