I would like to point out that the support section of EAC is litterally the worst the world has ever seen.
They replied to me a week ago, with something that wasn't even a answer to my question..
Now again a week has passed without any reply..
This is absolutely the worst support I've ever seen.. How hard can it be to reply to people?
EAC should be ashamed of themselves, and papaya should do something about it, because I hear more and more people are having issues with EAC.

In addition, be aware of the fact that EAC support receives a lot of tickets and it must be hard to answer them all in a short period of time. Moreover, if you are given an answer and you simply reopen the case giving no arguments (I do not know if it is your case), EAC will not respond to you.
