Premium Veterans 400% daily reward bugged? Useless Admins?

We all had this reward for a while now. Ive noticed that the "All Atk 20%" does not apply when you equip this item. Only the +100 all stat and Critical hit 10% works.

Why include all atk 20% when it doesnt even works or if it meant to be there why wont you guys fix it? 

Are the GMs and Devs really that stupid here?

There is already a lot of discontentment here from ALL of PLAYERS. YES ALL OF US YOU IMBECILES! 

You already violated the integrity of the game due to your greed for money and bias towards other players.

    That 20% attack is supposed to function when you use talisman as a rune, keeping it in inventory. So, trigger it and then equip it, while the effect lasts.

    Have you ever tested it MateaB1?


    I personally open 2 box every time I farm (1 in the inventory while the other is equip on me) and it doesn't work.


    I have other 2 runes as well in the inventory and those work well but not this Papaya shit premium 400%

    This bug got reported couple days after they released those talimsans and as you see nothing been done to solve this issue. I did PM [GM]Levante and Veronica about this and i have opened like 10+ packs and never, ever it triggered the effect.

    Talisman should work proper simalar to runes which gives extra EXP(not sure how many exp points it should give, my guess depending on level max could be 28m) + 20% attack increase and 105 crit hit increase.

    I never succeeded in triggering that talisman, but since I am a noob with only 10+ years of experience in this game, I was assured that it was me doing something wrong, same as with dissconection issue, upgrade issue, teleport issue, etc.
