Blackshot Cash

Good evening.

I have an issue regarding to the Blackshot Cash(BC).
This evening, i topup RM10 for 260 BC through Mol Point then Blackshot Website mentioned that i received 260 BC.
However, after i enter the game, i check my BC is still 0 BC.. Just now, i recheck the BC is still 0 BC.. 
So, i would like to ask, is there any problem with BC or is it will appear in game at any period of time??
Please help me and those troopers who has same problems,GM or any responsible person.
