I forgot to tell ya im making daily post- Random Solutions

Hello boys and girl of Latale, I forgot to say but I'm gonna start making daily post with random titles and things in them, well anyways lets start with random solutions.


This game has some questionable Issues, so I decided to use some of the random solutions that came out of my dung hole and help ya out here.
I'm using a numerical system like always to list issues, now lets- a- go spaghetti.

1.To make dungeons more do-able, I believe a quick rework of them is necessary. Items....and everything else for things that are 213 and below, are just not worth it that much, I'm not saying they suck, but they suck. take for example sky armor, why get it to +20 when 9 levels later you can get red armor or black. Therefore I think some Dungeons should be Removed and Improved. 
To better understand I made a hypothetical thing.
Road of flower, moon and dream=Road of dreamless flowers: Will contain monsters from all 3 dungeons at a decreased HP amount and defense reduced of -25%. These monsters will infest 4 maps, and then the boss room. As this takes in effect the legend quest, staring from room 2, a boss will be around the mob starting with whatever the hell l5 starts with. and so on and so on. You could make the first two minibosses where you kill once, and the last one can be the main boss where you kill twice.
Ymir= Imir: Remove Agent Joy (the knockback guy) and the second Blade lady reappearance as well as Almae first appearance. Infest the dungeon with more Mob and reduce the amount of ely you can earn.
Sky Coliseum= Sky Quest: A dungeon with 5 runs and double the experience and loot chance. Before entering a room with monster, an npc quest giver will be waiting before the room where you can accept his quest which will be easy and can be completed in one run, as you move along and get the rest for each portal.

2.Events: There are 3 types of event that I believe should be on at all times, at the bare minimum. The first one is a simple calendar Event. The second should be a Dungeon Event. The third should be a Story Event. Allow me to explain more in detail.

Calendar Event: Simple 7 day Calendars, not 30 days. Reduce the time from 30 to 15, because some people cant stand being on for 30 minutes lol. Each week the calendar will contain new items, what you get during the 7 days should be a surprise but don't give us shit, normal essentials that people will need by this time of the week.4th Week should contain neat prices for players, like maybe a Champion Pet (that isn't timed and cant be herbed) could be something you guys can lose a bit of cash on, but also stacks. 

Dungeon Event: You can consider these events like the festival one floor 2, where you either entered a mine or whatever, that's the "Dungeon" part of the name. Make an event that appears at random intervals but not too many times (like 6 times a day). They need to contain a reward system with Treo or whatever NPC you may want to apply. These would contain a reward system that if you collect enough points or items you can trade it off for something. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, don't make it something where you need like a whole year to earn to reach that good stuff, make it at least 3-5 days. Also these events will last Bi-Weekly.

Story Event: Dungeons where you need to do something specific at an interval to make the story progress. These are a common thing in maplestory if you have no idea, but I don't want it to be like maple. This will have a story part to it but it will be a mixture of events packed into one, each day a different one will appear. For example...lets see.... oh ok! So first day could be that rock paper scissor game on festival, if you manage to win a match of rock paper scissors you can advance to the next story which will be the next day. If they lose, don't worry they will still advance, but with a price <3. anyways second day would be another different event, call it Priring hurdle, where you will need to kick a priring as far as possible you can, if you reach a certain checkpoint (called common) then you can advance, and so on and so one. I want them to last a week each so on the 7th day, the more successful you are, the better the prize, that's why I said you would take a penalty if you don't succeed. you will start with an easy event, then as the days pass, you will have an escalated difficulty.

Market: These are some random ideas to fix the market, nothing too extravagant and honestly just random broken light bulbs.

1. A way to fix inflation with ely is to use the unused option in the Auction House: The LTC tab. The reason why ely is such an Issue is because its the only currency tradeable, like I can go to the mail and mail you 5 billion ely if I wanted to. LTC isn't, yes its tradeable but you cant do it player to player, you have to gift them something from the cash shop. That is why if you open that Auction House tab, then you will normally fix ely inflation and make the scale even. Now I'm hearing something like "oh fk now you want to inflate LTC, you want me to give someone 5k LTC for a fucking priring hat?!?!" and I will tell you this, no. I am 75% confident that inflation with LTC will not happen and the reason is mainly because the fashion shop helps people fix prices, yes, the thing that is making all our life miserable is also the one responsible for fixing it. Lets bring that Priring Hat example as a hypothesis, I know Random drop hats from monsters are like at least 300m-500m, but fashion shop hats are what.....420 LTC? 600? just for the benefit of the doubt, I will raise it to 900 LTC, now how much is that from ely to LTC conversion, at best 220m. See, the fashion shop has a fixed rate for items, pets and everything are categorized at a certain price range. More angry typing? "Well if someone gambled a bork for 500 dollars worth of LTC , then theyre gonna demand that much LTC" ah ah ah, stop that thinking. What is bork essentially? A pet that can be won with luck, but theres another type of pet that you can win from luck, and those are flash sales pet, a bit more expensive than fashion pets, like 900 LTC, but if you bought a bork for 10 dollars, its essentially what it would cost. My second argument for saying open up the LTC tab is the most important thing for an economy..... competition. Even money has competiton, and when money has competiton, their monetary value is constantly being fought. Whats to say that ely wont become more important than LTC? or vice versa? 

2. That last paragraph was getting long, but if you opened up that LTC tab you can also update the trade window to include LTC, the special thing about opening up the LTC is that you can equal an ely amount to it. So lets say you want a bork but you only got 800 LTC, so youre 100 LTC short, so you can add in your ely amount or you can subtract the total cost of an item, like bork being 1.5b. if you put 800 LTC, then youre basically covering the ely value of that item, because you don't got 900, but you put an amount similar to that. basically you may need to add what...300m more ely?.  I hope ya understanding what I'm trying to get through.

3. Take away Choosing prices and use the Auction house fixed price system and get rid of Buy now. See something like a res pot is like 30 ely, but because we can choose how to price it, we say "well its 3m ely each" which is what allows for greed stems to appear and take over, constantly rising prices each day. With a fixed pricing things will get solved especially with a bid system, you will constantly want to bid more and more and then earn your share. Now I am not retarded like everyone else, that's why I'm gonna say this, the time limit should get updated to make it a real bidding house and add a "quick bid" feel to it, basically 30 minutes long to bid as much as you want. By what you want I am not going to allow people to make alts and put 6b right off the bat for something. Nope, the bid will go at a certain rate, like 30-33-38-44-49 until the bid is over. don't think that because the higher the number, the more someone would bid, nope, people could probably bid one ely at a time, until the timer reaches, or 5 ely each.

4.  Keep the auction house as an actual place to bid, meaning get rid of merchants outside camping, you can delete the shop license items easily, cant tell me ya cant.  If merchs are gonna be available by being sit down in the area, or leaving a shop, then expand the quick bidding system to them, lets bring that res pot back. 30 ely right, the most they can up to is 300 ely as a starting bid, after that the bid will begin until a decisive number is chosen, they will also be timed bid for 1 minute, meaning as soon as the first person bids, the bid will begin. 





Hey if you read all that you deserve a big ol hug, I would like to go on more, but I got tired lol, a daily post someday these few days will contain more info on my viewpoints of solution and stuff.
