Performance issue 8v8 or more maps

Hi guys.

A long time I've been having this issue: bad performance on "bigger maps". By this I mean 8v8, 16v16 maps. Mostly it's CQC where performance gets bad, but might as well be on BG maps.
This problem occurs when lots of shots are fired. My framerates lower to maybe 20 fps and it's useless to engage in a fight, because I will be dead before I get a chance to fire.

Does anyone else experience an issue like this? And most importantly: does anyone have a solution?

To get this out of the way already: my specs are decent.
AMD FX 6100
ATI Radeon HD 7700
4GB RAM
I'm already playing on LOW graphics.
Besides that, I have an "okay" internet connection: 24mbps dl, 4mpbs ul.

    Haven't got any programs running in the background? that's using a lot of RAM?

    I always keep my RAM usage at lowest by killing everything I do not need while playing WarRock. Also, WarRock is always set on highest priority.

    I think Intel & NVIDIA is the best duality to play WarRock.

    I had a computer once with AMD and did not like it at all!
