A question to the Papaya staff

General
I do understand the reason to delete videos showing how to unpack the game client and amend the files but I have questions you MUST respond to:

1. What is being done about Papaya GMs/staff who were involved in this mess

2. What will be done about the amount of illegally MADE items in game, Mondi posted an AK armour he stated was illegal due to the hacks, if any legit player such as me bought that I would be banned even though I was innocent? They all need removing and compensation provided for innocent players who bought illegally made items who subsequently find they disappear from their character.

3. 'What are you doing about the GM rings floating around?' if normal players have these items how the hell are legit players meant to compete or even want to try? All GM items need to be deleted.

Papaya this is a mess you just cannot hide from or brush under the carpet hoping the player base will forget about it. It's just out there and the spotlight is well and truly on you.

I understand the situation is 'currently under investigation' but you do realise that through the power of your own forums (and YouTube over which you have no control), if nothing is done players will leave en masse leaving you with nothing?

Now is the time to communicate with your players or you stand to lose every last one of them.

Surely you can't ignore this and not correct this mess satisfactorily?

    1- Announcement to be made soon.

    2- It's being discussed, personally I would submit all the serials of all those items made and delete them like if they were duped items. About a compensation, how would you compensate that?

    3- If there is any GM ring or "test" ring we will delete them and ban the player with all their associated accounts.

    Compensation? you can just refund the dills of those who bought this item whether they know that it is illegally brought to the game when they bought it or not since I don't think that you have the capabilities to tell....

    personally I don't care since I doubt that any of that shit will be deleted.

    Sucks to be that guy who bought it w/out knowing that it will be just deleted. Lost all his dills. sadface.

    That is what I am trying to say as well for such a long time that players who have bought the items unknowingly from the hackers and special Dshop section abusers, the people that have no idea about the current situation going on have no idea, and seeing a helpy+10 on the market for 50b would spark the eye of anyone that wants such an item.

    @[GM]Elanin, yes I agree as well for a full destruction of the helpy that were made ilegaly and for those who made it to be banned but also recieve a Refund since Papaya recieved $ from them when they purchased the items from the Special Dshop section.

    It is Papayas fault that happened and a full refund comming with a perm bann would be the right thing to do unless you expect some lawsuits against you for allowing such a thing.

    Anyway befor deleting as @YerOldmanisHere said, those unknowingly people that bought the +10 items from the abusers should get a dil compensation for their items that will be deleted.
    Just do your job as a GM and freaking check the trade logs and refund the exact amount he has purchased the item with.

    Ain't hard, you are just too freaking lazy to be fair to the players and give compensation.

    Can't wait to see where this is all heading to.

    My friends getting banned cuz they bought duped items unknowingly and you guys sip on yar bambus tea not giving a fk.

    Waiting for a resolve papaya ...

    When people believe Mondi? I’m sorry but yes compensation should be given but seriously you believe someone who cried about a Segnale whooping him? No player other then the staff can know what’s been made or not been made illegally. Don’t believe a rumor of someone who’s jealous of what others have.

    Elanin, what should rightfully be done is investigation because for the people who’ve spent actual money on DSHOP to argate and make their sets being accused of? I don’t think it’s right to strip them away of it.

    [DK]Elanin has answered my questions fairly well, so the official response will be interesting.

    (I would suggest you cannot ban a player for buying an illegal item as you won't be able to tell if it was done intentionally or not?)

    The next discussion is what form of compensation do you think is fair if someone has bought an illegal item and it is deleted?

    Some suggestions:

    Refund of Dil
    Give them a fully slotted +0 item
    Give them some Talis
    Give them a random box (That ones a joke :) )

    Any other ideas for them to consider?

    (1) Desolation your brain is dead..The guy talking about that SS Armor that guy sold it for 50b which we all know you can't get those gems yet only on A20 you will be able to get it nothing to do with me they are illegally gear, I asked because players are selling it so should players buy it ? answer was NO FROM GM.

    (2) If you talking about your seg vs my ak you got no chance what happen crespo I went duel with Lvl 3 skills because I am bored on 2h, even those players who use illegal items  was not able to kill a pro player like my self that's who dump they are so I am not crying from nobody I am only crying from 1 thing right now I can't upgreta my fucking miterras bright tear qq.
     
    (3) I am not jealous of some one who make gear fair, I am angry with people who edited game data to get that Dshop made all those gear +10 and gems and rings which normal player can't have them and they deserve what GMs will decide for them...

    End of the day why so serious its just a game:)

    1 more thing hear my hart true me I hope that GM's should never ban nobody just delete all Helpyrons +10 items all those rings gems and so on... let them start fresh let hope that they learn a lessons from it...  end of the day they are the 1 who paid for it they lost cash so all good let them play don't ban them because  anyone of us easy could had drag in to it that because we all need better things...that's why its fair from GM's to decide just delete all Helpyrons +10 and rings,gems and so on...

    Again.. If you bothered to look you see you can achieve them if you purchased keys and boxes? Don’t look so stupid now.

    If they delete Helpy gear +10 then reimburse me for the amount and others that achieved their gear legit for the +10 they created. But doubt they’d delete “all +10” Mondi because some players made their sets legit/legal. Nice QQ though about gems you have no knowledge of. Don’t come into the game being gone months and say everyone’s hacking lmao, you made yourself look like a clown that’s jealous.

    Again.. If you want go 2H and we can PvP for gear or dil on the table. We can see the outcome, don’t make an excuse or write one here. Put your words to action. Anyways I’m not gonna be a keyboard warrior like you,
