did not recieve 80% exp

i bought a warrock Death package and it said that i will get 80% exp up with it.

now i did not recieve the 80% xp up.

can someone explain or help me with this ?

Anything related to in-game problems is supposed to be reported via the ticket system, not the forum

So kindly, follow this link: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

And they should be able to solve that problem in 48 hours or less.

As above. Submit a ticket but are you sure it didn’t arrive in your inventory as 20% 30% items?

v0nndutch, that still makes it 50% right? so then i am still missing 30 %

if that is the issue then i think they misslead you by saying 80% exp up in the discription.

@madeforkill1, True but what I was getting at did they give you 20% 30% and another or have you got a 50% and 30% in your inventory?

Just wondering the system may have bugged.

how long does it take to get a respond?

because its taking a day now and there are no 20 nor 30 % exp ups added to my inventory.

achually bought this package only for the exp up and i just want my exp+.

have made a support ticket with 2 screen shots of my inventory to show that i only have 30 and 20 % exp but that is from my gold membership.

i dont have 50 % up but i will wait for a respond.

think they are working on a christmas update right now.

Apology for the double post...

If you look at the 'Mega Gainz Package' you get these EXP up's, this is what I'm trying to get at.

However, after reading the Death Package it does just say 80% so guessing that it will give you just an 80% EXP up item rather than splitting it. Once again though, I don't know as I haven't purchased this box.

One last thing though, have you checked your 'Inbox' in Item Shop + your 'postbox' (see screenshot) as I've had items go in there before.

They usually respond pretty fast, at least they have to me, I've told a HGM on the Discord server and linked them to this post, so hopefully you'll get a faster response.

@madeforkill1 I spoke to a HGM last night for you and asked him to look into it and he/she said they have replied to your ticket. Unless they got confused with somebody else!

yes i have got a response from the HGM

and he/she said that i will get my 80% exp up about a few days from 2 days ago.

and i am still waiting just hope i still get my 80 % up :l

@madeforkill1 Submit another support ticket and say it hasn't arrived, are you sure you've checked your 'POST BOX' at the top right also 'INBOX' in item shop?

had a message back 1 week ago witch says : we are know with this issue and it will be in your inbox in a few days.

never going to buy a shit package tho...

alright, we i was wondering if i bought another package with 80% then maybe it wil double the days?

but i can ensure you that i did not recieve the 80% exp up, they even send me a mail that they where awhere with the issue and that i will be helped in a few days.

now i still not received the exp up i am kind of dissapointed.
but all the other items i did receive and i am happy with the guys in general.

still hope i will receive my 80% exp up.

Don't buy another package, it will not double the days up. I personally think they are really out of order for not adding it to your account already, that's disgusting service to be honest.
