Oxford Skill Slots

Does anyone know what the formula is for obtaining Oxford Skill slots?

I've got one toon with 23 skills and 140+ theses, with 4 skill slots. I got the 4th slot when I was on about 120, and I had just picked up skill 17. When will number 5 come up?

My other toon has 93 theses, and 28 skills. But I've been waiting for skill slot no. 4 for ages.

I can't find anything on line. Does anyone have an idea how the skill slots come up?

    Have you finished Oxford storyline and accumulated 50k credits?

    I put requirements on the university pages on ivyro..

    About 15.5k credits atm. Thanks I'll look at the pages.

    Assuming you have all the buildings unlocked, the 4th slot becomes available when you have 20,000 total cumulative credits, and the 5th slot at 50,000 credits. You don't have to not use skills and save them because it counts everything you have earned, credits spent or not.
