cant play the game

hey everyone!! I need your help, I saw this game on steam and it looks sooo cool so I wanted to play it but well it always failed. so I went to this page and tried downloading it from here but for some reason it didn't work it always disappears. So if anyone could help me getting the game to work that will be sweet >.<
